To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can cook paneer tikka using 16 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Paneer Tikka:
  1. Take 400 g Paneer(cut in cubes)
  2. Prepare 1 cup Hung curd
  3. Prepare 1 Red bell pepper(cut in cubes)
  4. Take 1 Green capsicum(cut in cubes)
  5. Prepare 1 Onion (cut in cubes)
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Get 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  9. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. Take 1 tsp Roasted jeera powder
  11. Prepare 2 tbls Besan/gram flour
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala
  13. Get 1 tbls Lemon juice
  14. Get 1 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  15. Prepare 2 tbls Mustard oil
  16. Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt
Steps to make Paneer Tikka:
  1. At first take 1 tbsp besan and roast it in medium flame. Now in a bowl take 1/2 cup thick curd, add ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 1 tsp roasted jeera powder,garam masala powder, Chaat masala, salt, and 1 tbsp mustard oil. And the roasted besan which we had prepared also add lemon juice. Mix all ingredients very well.
  2. Now add paneer pieces and mix it with masala. Marinate it for 30 minutes.
  3. Take some skewers and soaked them in water for some time. And then arrange paneer pieces with onions and capsicums. Now heat a grill pan and add some mustard oil. Place all the skewers and the flame should be medium.
  4. Shallow fry these till these are done from all sides. Our paneer tikka is ready and serve it hot with mint mayonnaise dip.
