  1. Prepare 150 grams almonds whole/chopped
  2. Take 100 grams pumpkin seeds

  5. Get 150 grams salted peanuts
  6. Make ready 200 grams rolled oats
  7. Get 200 grams organic honey
  8. Get 100 grams roughly chopped walnuts
  9. Take 20 mili litre pure organic coconut oil
  10. Get 200 grams dried cranberries
  11. Prepare Salt to season
  12. Prepare 2-3 tablespoon vanilla essence
Steps to make Nutty Granola Bars:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and season with salt. Mix well
  3. Add the honey, oil and vanilla in another bowl and whisk well to combine
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and toss well
  5. Line a baking paper on a square baking tin or a baking tray
  6. Transfer the mix onto the tray and layer it well
  7. Place the tray in the center of the oven and bake till you see the surface light brown
  8. Take the tray off the oven and let cool for a while
  9. Cut into pieces once done and store airtight
  10. Best consumed within 2 months
  11. Tip: the choice of nuts and seeds are completely upto to you. Honey can be replaced by agave syrup too
