  1. Get 250 gms Basmati rice ya any
  2. Take 3/4 medium size Onions
  3. Make ready 1 cup chopped Vegs-little peas, cauliflower, beans, carrot, capsicum, potato
  4. Prepare as required Whole garam masala (peppercorn,cloves,bay leaves)
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp briyani masala
  6. Get as per taste salt
  7. Prepare as required oil and butter/ Ghee
  8. Take as neeeded Ginger,garlic paste, green chillies coriander leaves
  9. Prepare Little small Soyabean and big Soyabean chunks

  1. Firstly wash and soak Rice for 20 mins.In a Sepri (Rice vessel),,put oil,when heating put whole garam masala,then put Onions pieces (long ones),fry till it becomes pinkish brown and put little red chilli powder,
  2. Then put Soyabean (which is soaked in water for few mins in a bowl),then put all vegs (cauliflower,peas,aloo,beans carrot),stir for few mins then put soaked Rice and then put ginger,garlic paste green chilies and salt,water as per taste and cover the sepri,till rice cooked
  3. Lastly give tadka of ghee and put briyani masala and garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with curd or raita and papad
